Booking Policy
To secure your appointment for nails in Cape Town, full payment must be made at least 3 days in advance. This three-day notice allows me sufficient time to fill the spot if no payment has been made. If payment is not received, your appointment will be cancelled, and the slot will be filled with another client. This policy is in place to protect myself from no-shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment for nails in Cape Town will result in you forfeiting 50% of your treatment cost. This policy also applies to rescheduling within 24 hours, as well as if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your nails in Cape Town appointment.
