Booking Policy
Full payment to be made at least 3 days prior to your appointment. If no payment has been made, three days gives me enough time to be able to fill the spot. Your appointment will then be cancelled and the slot will be filled with another client. This is solely to safeguard myself from no shows.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in you forfeiting 50% of your treatment cost. This applies to rescheduling within 24hrs too.
